Assessments

Assessments give us the opportunity to see ourselves and our organizations in new ways. If we are open to a disruption of our perceptions, it can be a portal to significant transformation. 

Coaching

Coaching allows participants to digest the learning from the assessments and development curriculum, to apply this learning on the job, and to reflect on the results of changing perspectives and actions.

Learning

Our classroom curriculum is based on the transformative learning, deep change, authentic leadership, and identity research. Our learning methodologies are interactive, engaging, and application oriented.

Application and Reflection

Throughout the program, participants work in cross-functional groups to apply their learning in real business situations. Executive sponsors and coaches guide learners as they solve complex problems, present innovative ideas, and reflect on their learning.

Measurement

At the conclusion of the program, there is a targeted 360 survey to measure individual progress. In addition, we partner with clients to determine the organizational impact of the participants’ work on real business problems.
